Where are you located?

149 Scenic Hill Road, Lancing, TN 37770.  We are approximately 22 miles north of Crossville, Tennessee, just 3.5 miles over the Cumberand County line in Morgan County.

In which time zone is CVR?

Eastern, technically.  We are 3.5 miles from the time zone line.  Unless otherwise noted, all times we send/post will be CENTRAL.

What is the “Quad?”

We have four family cabins connected together by a porch and roof structure, and we refer to all of the family cabins as the “Quad.”

What do the cabins look like?

Cabin 1 has one separate bedroom, sleeping 2, as well as one other bedroom sleeping up to 4 on a double/queen bunk bed. There is a comfy loveseat couch in the living room, sleeping 1 child.

Cabin 2 has two bedrooms, each sleeping 2, and a twin pullout sofa in the living room sleeping 1.

Cabin 3 has three bedrooms and a long, comfy couch, sleeping a total of 7.

Cabin 4 has two bedrooms and a double pull-out couch, sleeping 6.

What activities are available onsite?

Relaxation!  At this time, we have a few trails to explore.  We have numerous games that can be played indoors and out, and we have fire pits for night time enjoyment.

 What activities are available offsite?

Less than five minutes drive is Clear Creek’s Barnett Bridge Access.  Then, about 6 minutes the other direction we have Clear Creek’s Jett Bridge Access. Beyond that, we have Lilly Bridge Access (ahhh, Lilly Bluff!) as well as the rest of the Obed Wild and Scenic River National Park. One afternoon you could choose to check out Frozen Head State Park or Lone Mountain State Forest. Beautiful drives await you in Catoosa Wildlife Management Area, too.

Do we need to bring our own linens?

No.  We provide all linens including bed sheets, pillows, pillow cases, blankets, towels, and washcloths. If you plan to go to Clear Creek or the Obed River, you need to bring your own swim towels.
