You have two options to get the facility rental process started. You may either:

1. Fill out the inquiry form below OR
2. You may choose to print and submit this Facility Rental Contract (pdf) to request rental. You can mail it to 149 Scenic Hill Road, Lancing, TN 37770 or email a completed, scanned file to cvr@ClearViewRetreat.org.

This Rental Worksheet gives further details to the rental process and will need to be submitted after your Facility Rental Contract Agreement has been received and the deposit has been paid.
